He is a researcher, political scientist, and communications expert with more than 20 years of experience in public opinion research, project management, elections, and political communication.
As Executive Director of CeSID, one of the leading independent election monitoring and public policy organizations in the Western Balkans, he has played a central role in every national election observation mission conducted by the organization since 2008.
Throughout his career, he has led and managed research and governance projects for UNDP, USAID, the World Bank, the Council of Europe, GIZ, UNOPS, RCC, ECORYS and the International Republican Institute (IRI).
He is the author of more than 20 academic and professional publications, co-author of a handbook on televised political debates and a member of several expert working groups dedicated to improving electoral legislation and democratic governance throughout the Western Balkans.
He is a political scientist, survey methodologist, and public affairs researcher with more than 21 years of experience in public opinion research, governance, and democratic development.

He is the author of more than 15 academic and professional publications and currently serves as a member of Serbia's Unified Voter Register Audit Commission, supporting efforts to strengthen the integrity and transparency of the electoral process.
